It integrates the existing KaliX serie extending the field of view to 500 mm. No-contact measurement is the precious feature of the machine to measure dimensions through artificial vision systems and obtaining the required information directly from images. KaliX 500 is suitable for measuring rubber gaskets, plastic items, metal parts and most other components within the limits of the field of view. MiniMatliX is a visual inspection machine for the dimensional and surface control of circular and other shape components, is able to check the surface of plastic, rubber and other materials pieces to identify main defects as cut, flash, lacking material, holes and halos, doble-mouldings, roundness, concentricity, etc… There are three versions of the machine with different accuracies and dimensional characteristics and, in each of them, the loading group with rotating vibratory provides to supply the pieces to be checked on a conveyor belt where a motorized diverter transfers the pieces on the rotating table.
