Babyplast 10/12
Maximum performance minimum space

Babyplast 10/12 is one of the smallest, fully hydraulic, injection moulding machines. Thanks to the unique concept of the machine platens which act as mould bolsters, the cost and dimensions of the moulds are reduced considerably. Babyplast 10/12 occupies less than 0,6m2 of floor space and is extremely quiet (< 68dB).

The smallest injection moulding machine for LSR. The Babyplast LSR machine reduces the costs for equipment and moulds. It can be supplied in three different configurations: A cartridge system with a premixed 0.5 kg cartridge, a loader mixer system with two 1 kg cartridges (A+B components) and a loader mixer system system for two 20 Kg containers (A+B components).

Specialist for small parts with inserts

A vertical machine with vertical clamp and horizonal injection but without tie bars. Thanks to the reduced dimensions of the machine platen (246x173mm), it can easily be inserted into an automatic production line. The Babyplast vertical machine is also available with a rotary table and a V-shaped table and so it is Ideal for over-moulding inserts and cables. Babyplast UAI
A winning idea for Multi-shot injection

Allows moulding with two or more components using a standard injection moulding machine. It is applied directly to the mould or on the machine platen, horizontally or vertically. The UAI is completely autonomous, as far as the hydraulics and electronics are concerned and it interfaces with the moulding machine via current-free contacts. The UAI can process all thermoplastic materials, MIM (Metal Injection Moulding), CIM (Ceramic Injection Moulding), LSR (Silicone), Rubber (NBR), Macromelt Holtmelts and waxes.

 

UAI LSR

Pieces can be produced in bi-material, LSR+Thermoplastic using your standard mould with the help of a Babyplast Autonomous Injection Unit (UAI). The Babyplast LSR Injection Unit, which is the smallest LSR injection unit on the market, comprises an LSR injection unit to be installed directly on the mould and a carriage that contains the proportional hydraulic unit and the control electronics. The connection to the main mould is simple and quick thanks to an interface consisting of IN/OUT contacts with no voltage. The unit can be supplied in three different configurations: with a premixed 0.5 kg cartridge loaded, with a mixer and dispenser with 1 kg cartridges (A+B) and with a mixer and dispenser with 20 kg containers (A+B).

 

UAI

Pieces can be produced in bi-material using your standard mould with the help of a Babyplast Autonomous Injection Unit (UAI ). The original design of this Autonomous Injection Unit (UAI ) is based on the experience matured in thousands of applications on the Babyplast machine. The Babyplast injection unit comprises an injection unit to be installed directly on the mould and a carriage that contains the proportional hydraulic unit and the control electronics. The connection to the main mould is simple and quick thanks to an interface consisting of IN/OUT contacts with no voltage. All types of thermoplastic can be used that can be injected up to a temperature of 420°C.
After several hundred installations on many types of machines, it can be said that the Autonomous Injection Unit AIU 6/10P is a winning alternative in multi-material moulding.
